The system integrates dual high-efficiency heat exchangers and targeted water-cooling (mixing chamber/shaft) to achieve rapid material temperature control (±2°C). Equipped with servo-driven twin-screw pumps specifically engineered for viscous fluids, it maintains dosing accuracy within ±0.1% during 24/7 operation, ensuring stable long-term output for demanding foam sheet applications.
