The integrated process autonomously executes vacuum degassing (≤50Pa), ±1% precision dosing via servo-driven gear and screw pumps, temperature-controlled static mixing (±2°C), and vacuum-assisted infusion within its large-capacity vacuum chamber featuring a three-axis dispensing robotic arm. With 99-recipe storage, PLC-HMI control, and automated cleaning, this automated solution standardizes manufacturing processes while ensuring superior quality, repeatability, and efficiency for large electrical components through high-integrity insulation.
