A significant milestone was achieved recently at GOOGIO Machinery's Dongguan headquarters as a custom-engineered Dual-Cartridge Vacuum Potting System passed all final factory acceptance tests and customer verification. The system has now been shipped to a leading new energy manufacturer, where it will be integrated into their critical power electronics module production line, setting a new standard for reliability.

The rapid evolution of industries like new energy vehicles and advanced power conversion demands “zero-defect” encapsulation for core components like IGBT and SiC modules. Traditional potting methods often leave microscopic air bubbles trapped in complex geometries, posing risks like partial discharge and thermal hotspots. To solve this challenge, the customer partnered with GOOGIO Machinery, a specialist in precision fluid dispensing.

The delivered Dual-Cartridge Vacuum Potting System is the innovative answer to this industry need. It seamlessly combines precision dynamic ratio mixing with controlled vacuum chamber dispensing. The system first mixes Components A and B uniformly and without bubbles. Then, within a precisely controlled vacuum or pressure recovery environment, it gently injects the material into the evacuated mold cavity. This ensures 100% void-free infiltration and perfect filling of all component gaps, resulting in exceptionally dense and reliable encapsulated products.
